This works well as part of a selection of tapas or as party snack.
2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsps runny honey
1 tbsp tomato paste or puree
2 tbsps soy sauce
1-2 tsps Spanish smoked paprika
1lb cocktail pork sausages
2 tsps sesame seeds
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C. Combine the olive oil, honey, tomato paste, soy sauce and paprika in a large bowl. Add the sausages and mix to coat.
2. Put the sausages and most of the glaze onto a baking tray or ovenproof dish and cook in the oven for 12-15 mins.
3. Stir the sesame seeds in after about 10 mins. The sausages should be golden, sticky and slightly caramelised.
4. Serve with cocktail sticks.
